Terms & Conditions/Shipping Policy

I understand and agree to all of the terms and conditions/shipping policies below upon purchasing:

 

  1. I understand that orders may take up to 5 business days for processing and an additional 7-14 business days OR MORE to receive my order depending on the package handler.

  2. I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.

  3. I understand that all orders are shipped via USPS.

  4. I understand that all self-care packages are unique and carefully curated with items that may be exclusive and/or seasonal, therefore I understand that item types and styles will vary in each self-care package.

  5. I understand that due to the uniqueness of each self-care package, all self-care packages a FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. 

  6. I understand that all cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of placing your order.

  7. I understand that due to the nature of our business, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. Any change requests within 24 hours of being placed will result in a cancellation.  

  8. I understand that since all items are FINAL SALE NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

  9. I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a cancellation or delay in my shipping/receiving.

  10. I understand that I may or may not have to sign for my package at the discretion of the package handler.

  11. I understand that Therapy For Black Moms is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from my package handler.

  12. I understand that if I would like to exchange an item due to it being damaged/defective ONLY, please contact customer service at info@therapyforblkmoms.com for authorization within 7 days after the package is received. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 2-3 business days to let you know if you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or damage. If entitled to a replacement item due to defect or damage ONLY, we will replace the product, subject to inventory, within a reasonable period of time. If the replacement item is not available, you will receive a full refund. (ONLY when it comes to damaged/defective items).
